The Rezydencja Merliniego (“Merlini Residence”) is one of the most exclusive apartment buildings in Warsaw. There are only 35 apartments. On the ground floor there is a security room with video surveillance of the premises and on the top floor there are apartments with terraces and winter gardens.
The Merlini Residence is situated at the heart of the old part of the Mokotów district. In its architecture one can notice references to the most outstanding achievements of the entre deux guerres and the essence of the best architectural features of that era. The representative facade brings together harmoniously the dignified elegance of sandstone siding, mahogany woodwork and the modern character of steel and aluminum.
