This housing estate has been designed as a single urban complex. Its main axis is outlined by a wide walkway, along which the buildings are situated. The buildings located along Obrzeżna Street have between 4 and 6 floors and thus they correspond with the low residential buildings situated on the opposite side of this street. The buildings located on the opposite side of the axis have from 6 to 10 floors and the tallest building is situated in the south-western corner of the plot. The lower buildings stand next to each other, forming a square-like shape, and the two taller ones are arranged in a straight line.

The construction of the estate was divided into six stages.
The Hubertus housing complex consists of seven buildings with a total of 1,109 flats.
Flats of various types and sizes, from 1 up to 5 rooms, were available at each stage.
