The luxury homes we built, that is Pod Orłem (Under the Eagle) Villa near Wilanowska Metro Station or Merlini Villa by the Warszawianka swimming pools complex were the first in Warsaw, true apartment buildings with luxuriously finished common areas, central reception areas, apartments and penthouses with above-average floor space or a swimming pool situated in the building.
Other prestigious residential facilities completed by ECO-Classic in Warsaw include Rezydencja Południowa (Southern Villa), Rezydencja Canaletto (Canaletto Villa) or luxury TRIO Apartamenty (TRIO Apartments) building in the very center of Warsaw.
However, ECO-Classic is involved not only in development of exclusive apartment buildings. Our portfolio includes also large, elegant projects developed with the comfort of families in mind, such as Bobrowiecka 3 and Czerska 18 residential complexes built in the Mokotów District, and the Hubertus housing estate inspired by small-town atmosphere, which neighbors the new office part of Warsaw in the Służewiec District.
Many of our projects inspired development of the areas where they were implemented. We were the first developer to start a residential project in Służewiec, which is an office district of Warsaw. Our projects at Bobrowiecka or TRIO Apartamenty at Stawki 2A in Warsaw triggered implementation of numerous further projects.
Canaletto Villa is the first project implemented by ECO-Classic as a developer. It is the first apartment building in Warsaw. It was built almost in the very center of the capital city, in the vicinity of Solidarności Avenue, which is one of the most important streets in the city, but at the same time in a green and quiet part of Warsaw. The apartment building neighbors the Praski Park, and a magnificent view of the Vistula River and of the Old Town stretches beyond the windows of the apartments.
The 8-story building incorporates a central reception area and an underground garage, which was a rarity at the time when the building was erected.

The Under the Eagle Villa was the first project in Poland that met the European standards for an apartment building. As early as almost 20 years ago ECO Classic decided to provide the building with a central reception area, a gym, a swimming pool and a three-level underground garage. Until today the distinctive form of the Under the Eagle Villa has been one of the dominant landscape features in the Mokotów District, and the flats and apartments in the building have been synonyms of high quality and comfort.

Built in the very heart of the old Mokotów District, Merlini Apartments refer to the most outstanding achievements of the interwar period in terms of architecture and reflect the essence of the best features of buildings from that period. Przyorle Apartments is another project implemented in the Mokotów District in Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of Wilanowska Metro Station.
