Information regarding personal data: information provided in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as EU GDPR).

We hereby inform you that:

1. Your personal data provided by you in the letter of inquiry during your communication with us regarding your inquiry for the purposes of preliminary reservation of the real estate or provided by you in the marketing form (if you have completed such) are co-administered by:

   hereinafter jointly referred to as ADO.
   ADO are carrying out a joint objective, which is to enable me to familiarize myself with the investment offer of the entities comprising the ECO-Classic sp. z o. o. Group and to carry out communication, including marketing communication regarding investment activities carried out by the entities from the aforementioned group of companies.
2. Your personal data will be processed by ADO:
   • to carry out activities on the demand of the data subject before closing the agreement, such as making an offer and for the preliminary reservation of the real estate (in accordance with Art. 6 § 1. (b) of the EU GDPR);
   • in the event that you provide your permission and depending on the type of marketing information you agree to receive in order to be sent commercial and marketing information by electronic means or by telephone (in accordance with Art. 6 § 1. (a) of the EU GDPR and in connection with Art. 10 § 2. of the Act on providing services by electronic means, as well as Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law);
   • for the purposes of establishing claims and the vindication thereof, as well as defending against claims related to the performed business activity which poses a legitimate legal interest of ADO (in accordance with Art. 6 § 1. (f) of the EU GDPR;
3. Your personal data can be disclosed to authorized employees and collaborators of ADO, as well as entities providing services to ADO, including technical and organizational services (e.g. electronic communications service providers), legal and counseling services, marketing services, as well as to other entities/persons/institutions within the scope and in accordance with the law.
4. Your personal data will not be provided to a third country (counties outside the European Economic Area) or an international institution.
5. Your personal data will be:
   • processed and stored for the purposes of performing activities on the demand of the data subject such as making an offer and for preliminary reservation of the real estate during the time necessary for carrying out correspondence/conversations regarding the inquiry and the preliminary reservation of the real estate;
   • processed and stored for the purposes of providing marketing information for a period of time necessary to reach the objective for which these data were collected but no longer than until you withdraw your permission to receive such information;
   • processed and stored for the purposes of establishing of claims and vindication thereof, as well as defending against claims related to the performed business activity within a period necessary for vindication of claims related to the performed business activity or to protect against claims, including statutes of limitations specified in generally applicable law.
6. You have the right to access your data and the right to correct them.
7. In cases determined by law you have the right to demand that your data be deleted, to require that the processing of your data be limited, and to refuse the processing and transferring of your data.
8. You have the right to withdraw your permission to receive marketing information at any time, with no consequence for the accordance with the law of data processing performed based on your consent, before it was withdrawn. Your permission can be withdrawn in several ways, for example by sending me an e-mail at rodo@grupa-eco.pl .
9. You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body responsible for personal data protection if you decide that the processing of your personal data by ADO has infringed the data protection regulations.
10. You provide your data voluntarily, however:
    • your data are necessary for communication concerning the submitted inquiry regarding the offer or making a preliminary reservation of the real estate; not providing your data may result in our inability to provide you with an offer in a certain way and/or making a preliminary reservation of the real estate;
    • to a certain extent, your data are necessary for performing marketing activities to which you have agreed. Not providing your particular data will result in the inability to perform marketing activities according to the permissions granted by you.
11. No automated decision-making (decisions without human involvement) will be performed with regard to your person, and your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
12. ADO have decided that:
    • the information obligation with regard to your person will be performed by “ECO-CLASSIC” Spółka z o. o. in Warsaw;
    • “ECO-CLASSIC” Spółka z o. o. in Warsaw is responsible for allowing you to exercise your rights concerning personal data protection, irregardless of whether you are allowed to exercise your rights with regard to other co-administrators.

Information on the right to refuse data processing:
In addition, be informed that due to the fact that your personal data are being processed by ADO for purposes resulting from their legal interest, you have the right to refuse that your data be processed for the aforementioned purposes for the reasons connected with your specific situation.
