We were the first company that carried out the safest investments in the customer system (targeted funding) and a precursor investment financing with a new instrument which was the escrow account. The main advantage of the system is making payment by customers only on escrow account run by the bank cooperating with the company on the next projects.

Escrow account was already entered in 2001 – 11 years before the entry into effect of the Developer Act which regulate i.e. the payments made by customers.
