The Canaletto Residence was the first investment of ECO-Classic as a developer and it was the first apartment building in Warsaw. It was created practically in the very center of the capital, near the Aleja Solidarniści, one of the city’s major streets, and at the same time in a green and peaceful part of Warsaw. The apartment building is located in the vicinity of the Praski Park, and from the windows of the suites one can admire a beautiful view of the Vistula River and the Old Town.

This eight-floor building is equipped with a central reception and underground parking, which was something very rare at the time when the residence was built. The ground floor houses service and retail facilities.
