We have been active in the Polish real-estate market since almost the very dawn of its existence. The origins of our company date back to 1983, when a group of architects set up a company specializing in real-estate design and execution of construction works. As the Polish real-estate market grew and the country underwent economic transformation, our activity evolved in the direction of real-estate development and in 1993 ECO-Classic was created and it has continued this line of business until present day. Over this time we have carried out over 120 projects in Poland and abroad, either as general contractor or as developer, including 20 buildings with over 3000 flats as real-estate developer. The fact that we have survived through various turns in the market, even the worst lows, attests to our versatile experience.
