An eye-catching building located in the heart of the “Old” Mokotów district relates in its architecture to the finest achievements of the period between the two World Wars and is the essence of the best features of building of that period. The eight story building located in the vicinity of “Warszawianka”, in its scale relates to the buildings created along Puławska St. during the period between the two World Wars. Its characteristic facade is an effect of combining sandstone coverings, mahogany woodwork, stainless steel and aluminium. There is a total of 35 apartments designed in the building.
