In 2005, in a country wide ranking of developing companies, carried out by “Rzeczpospolita” newspaper, Eco Group was ranked at second place and in 2006 fourth place in a third edition of New Houses and Apartments Resident’s Plebiscite, in a credibility category of companies, which handed over more than 400 apartments for use between 2003-2004.

Secure system of financing
Caring for legal and financial security of its customers, Eco Classic – the first on Polish market – has introduced financing of its investments using an escrow account. This way the completion of the investment is financed only using the company’s own resources and a bank credit. The bank providing the credit systematically controls the progress of the investment and the customer’s funds are kept and secured on a separate account till the investment is finalized.
