In 1993 Eco Group decided to try entering the developing market. Its first investment was a huge success. Carefully designed "Canaletto Residence" gained high customer and professional approval. Since that moment Eco Classic started its dynamic growth.

The company, which mainly operates in Poland, also undertook serious and complex investments outside Poland, such as the beautiful Wuppertalu residential building in Germany or an intriguing residential complex in ASHDOD in Israel.

An important and conscious choice of the company is the investment activity in Mokotów district.. We can find interesting locations with high potential there. In 1999 at the crossing of Puławska St. and Al. Wilanowska St. "Pod Orłem" residence has been completed, which is an eye catching, architectural dominant in this part of Mokotów.
One year later, in the year 2000, "Słoneczna Polana" has been created.
