In 1993 Eco Group decided to try entering the developing market. Its first investment was a huge success. Carefully designed "Canaletto Residence" gained high customer and professional approval. Since that moment Eco Classic started its dynamic growth.

An important and conscious choice of the company is the investment activity in Mokotów district.. We can find interesting locations with high potential there. One year later, in the year 2000, "Słoneczna Polana" has been created.
